Mumbai, 5 August 2025 – Castrol India Limited reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, with robust growth in revenue, profitability, and operational momentum. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share.

- For H1CY25, revenue and PAT increased 7% and 6.5% YoY, respectively.
Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share. The record date is set as 11 August 2025, and the dividend will be paid on or before 3 September 2025.
Management Commentary
Managing Director Kedar Lele stated, “We delivered a steady second quarter, building on the momentum from Q1, while navigating a complex and evolving macro environment. We expanded rural reach, strengthened our industrial segment, and focused on delivering innovation and convenience to our customers.”
He added, “Industrial is a long-term growth area for us, and we’re seeing strong traction with new customers, increased local production, and digital transformation in distribution. Our rural strategy is also delivering consistent results.”

- 32,000+ bike service points
- 11,000+ multi-brand car workshops
- 730+ Castrol Auto Service centers in 340+ cities
Rural Market Penetration
- Continued double-digit growth in rural markets.
- Digitally transformed Distributor Management System extended to rural sub-distributors.
Mechanic Ecosystem
- Over 1 million mechanics now use Castrol’s FastScan app, recording 200,000+ daily transactions.
- Nationwide mechanic training and engagement drives continued.
Brand, Sustainability & Recognition
- Castrol EDGE powered high-speed events at NATRAX and Valley Run 2025.
- Castrol Activ relaunch campaign reached over 258 million consumers.
- Introduced RRBO-based engine oils for BS-IV vehicles in collaboration with OEMs.
- Received Golden Peacock Award for OH&S at Patalganga plant.

Corporate Governance Update
The Board has appointed M/s. Parikh & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years from FY2025 to FY2029, subject to shareholder approval.
