Mumbai, Aug 29, 2025; CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd (NSE: CGPOWER, BSE: 500093) surged 2.71% in the morning trade to ₹682, having closed at ₹664 in the previous session. The rally took place the day after yesterday, when its subsidiary, CG Semi, opened one of the first full-service Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facilities in Sanand, Gujarat.

Trading volume reached 49.56 lakh shares, generating a turnover of ₹335.80 crore, with a VWAP of ₹677.59. The stock’s 52-week range stands at ₹517.70–₹874.70, with a market capitalization of ₹1,07,427.32 crore and a free-float market cap of ₹44,677.30 crore.

He emphasised that the facility not only strengthens CG Semi’s capabilities but also marks a significant stride for India in achieving self-reliance in semiconductor technology.
