Mumbai, September 3, 2025: Coral India Finance & Housing Limited has announced that it has declared a final dividend of 20% (₹0.40 per equity share of face value ₹2 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. However, the dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has set Friday, September 12, 2025 as the record date for the dividend payout. Once it is approved, the payout will be disbursed on or before Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
