New Delhi, August 28, 2025 – CSL Finance Limited (NSE: CSLFINANCE, BSE: 530067) has announced that it will be holding its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 20, 2025, through video conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). During the meeting, members will conduct business on several ordinary and special matters, including a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (30% on the face value of ₹10) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend will be subject to shareholder approval at the company’s AGM.
