Mumbai July, 20: Dhabriya Polywood Ltd. has received a work order worth ₹18.59 crore, including GST, for the supply and installation of aluminium doors and windows, adding another project to its order book.

The company disclosed in an exchange filing that the contract has been awarded by an Indian client, whose identity was not disclosed. The project is scheduled to be executed over 11.4 months, with completion to take place in phases under the agreed terms.

While the order is modest in size compared with large infrastructure contracts, it strengthens Dhabriya Polywood’s execution pipeline in its architectural building products business. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not involve any promoter interest or related-party arrangement.

Stock Market Snapshot

The order announcement triggered little movement in the stock, suggesting investors largely viewed the contract as part of the company’s regular business flow.

As of 3:02 PM IST on July 20, 2026, Dhabriya Polywood share price was trading at ₹399.00. The stock moved within a narrow range through the afternoon, with trading activity remaining relatively light despite the fresh order disclosure.

The muted market response indicates that investors may be waiting for larger order wins or stronger earnings triggers before reassessing the stock.

Company Continues to Expand Its Order Book

Dhabriya Polywood manufactures a range of building products, including uPVC and aluminium doors and windows, modular furniture, partitions and other interior and exterior solutions used across residential, commercial and institutional projects.

New orders such as this help improve revenue visibility and support capacity utilisation over the execution period. The latest contract also reflects continued demand for aluminium systems in India’s construction and real estate sector.

Conclusion

The ₹18.59 crore work order is another addition to Dhabriya Polywood’s project pipeline and will be executed over the next 11.4 months. Although the stock reaction remained subdued, the contract provides incremental business visibility as the company continues to build its order book through domestic projects.
