As of 2:1͏5 ͏P͏M IST,͏ th͏e s͏t͏ock w͏as tr͏ading͏ a͏t ₹0.48͏, up from the previ͏ous close of ₹0.47͏͏. Duri͏n͏g intraday t͏rade,͏ it touched a hig͏h͏͏ an͏d lo͏w of͏ ₹0.͏48, with s͏trong demand evident in buy or͏ders excee͏din͏g ͏23.9 ͏cror͏͏e͏͏ s͏hare͏s, com͏p͏ar͏͏ed to ͏just 2.05 ͏la͏k͏h ͏sh͏ares a͏vailable ͏for sal͏e.

Contract Details: Solar Power Project in Uttar Pradesh

The awarded contracts are for the construction of a grid-connected solar power plant with the objective of solarizing segregated agriculture feeders in several districts of Uttar Pradesh. The completion of the project is slated for 30 April 2026. The execution will be undertaken by the subsidiary, while the financials shall be consolidated with Dharan Infra-EPC as per Ind-AS norms. The company has assured that none of its promoters or entities of the promoter group hold any interest in the counterparty entering into the contracts.
