Mumbai, September 15, 2025: On September 15, Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd announced a big win, an Adani Energy Solutions order worth nearly ₹236 crore. The deal is for supplying AL-59 zebra conductors to the Jamnagar project, with delivery set before June 30, 2026
Order Details and Market Reaction
According to the letter of intent (LoI), Diamond Power will deliver 5,403 km of AL-59 zebra conductor for Adani’s Jamnagar project. This follows an earlier order from Adani of around ₹184.7 crore, involving 4,215 km of conductors for Khavda IV-D, scheduled for May 31, 2026. News of these deals pushed the stock higher during early market hours.
Recent Financial Performance
Diamond Power’s quarterly earnings showed a profit rise of nearly 16%, touching ₹19.17 crore against ₹16.56 crore last year. Strong growth in sales has further strengthened a positive confidence in the company’s expanding order book.
Stock Price Trends
Diamond Power shares have seen big swings, hitting ₹193.58 at the top and dropping to ₹81 at the bottom in the past 12 months. Currently the company’s stock is being traded at around 90% above the 52-week low, but roughly 20% shorter than the 52-week high. Diamond Power valuation is now estimated around ₹8,000 to ₹8,100 crore, reflecting the company’s strong presence in the transmission and distribution (T&D) infrastructure space.
Implications for Diamond Power
Multiple large orders, particularly from Adani, give Diamond Power a solid and healthy order book and ensure the firm is gaining from the strong demand in the transmission and distribution T&D sector. Revenue flow looks more secure thanks to its backlog, especially in conductor supply. Efficient execution and cost management will determine how much the company benefits.
Outlook
This Jamnagar order strengthens Diamond Power’s standing and increases its order book. Investors are watching closely to see how smoothly it can deliver on large-scale contracts. This win adds another boost at a time when demand for T&D projects is accelerating.
