Dodla Dairy Q2 FY26 Profit Rises to ₹65.7 Crore; Revenue Crosses ₹1,018 Crore

Hyderabad, November 3, 2025: Dodla Dairy Ltd (BSE: 543306, NSE: DODLA) today declared a consolidated net profit of ₹65.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), which is a 3.6% increase year over year from ₹63.4 crore in the same period a year ago. Revenue from operations increased modestly to ₹1,018.8 crore, compared with ₹997.6 crore in Q2 FY25, aided by steady demand across milk and value-added dairy products such as curd, paneer, and ghee.
Despite higher procurement and logistics costs, the company maintained margins through cost-control measures as well as higher realizations in the milk and curd segments. Total expenses edged up to ₹947.4 crore, with increased raw material and employee-related expenditure.

Its profit before tax was down 4.1% year-on-year but rose 2.2% sequentially to ₹82.8 crore, while earnings per share improved to ₹10.89 from ₹10.54 last year. The tax outgo declined to ₹17.1 crore from ₹22.9 crore in Q2 FY25, aiding the bottom-line growth of the company.
Half-Yearly Snapshot
For the first half of FY26, Dodla Dairy reported consolidated revenues at ₹2,025.7 crore, up by 6.1% from ₹1,909.2 crore during the same period of the preceding year. Net profit remained broadly stable at ₹128.5 crore, indicating resilience in operational performance despite input cost pressures.
Business and Geographic Performance
The company still depends on milk and milk-product sales to generate a large chunk of its revenue. Domestic operations contributed ₹903.8 crore during the quarter, while overseas revenue from Uganda and Kenya stood at ₹115.1 crore, accounting for roughly 11% of the total.
Financial Position
As of September 30, 2025, total assets stood at ₹1,933.9 crore, compared with ₹1,730.7 crore as of March 31, 2025. The net worth improved to ₹1,531.1 crore, while total liabilities increased to ₹402.8 crore, reflecting ongoing expansion and capacity investment.
Stock Market Performance
Despite the positive Q2 performance as of 1:03 pm IST, the share price of Dodla Dairy Ltd traded lower at ₹1,248.80, down 3.32% following steady quarterly results and stability in margins.
