Shares Fall After IT Search Forces Board Meeting Cancellation

The fall in the share price comes after the company released a communication dated November 13, 2025, regarding the cancellation of its board meeting. In the communication, the company informed that the board meeting, which was scheduled for today, could not be held due to the ongoing search operations being conducted by the Income Tax Department. The board meeting was meant to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2025.

What’s Ahead for Dynemic Products?

The ongoing search by the Income Tax Department casts a negative light on the company’s business practices. The cancellation of the board meeting suggests the company is navigating regulatory challenges with an uncertain resolution timeline. This development has dampened investor sentiment, contributing to a decline in the share price.
