Excelsoft Technologies board meeting on December 12th to approve September quarter result

Thursday, December 11, 2025: Excelsoft Technologies Ltd (NSE: EXCELSOFT | BSE: 544617) has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, December 12, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the September quarter, and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Statutory Auditor’s Limited Review Report.

Regulatory Compliance by the Company

The Company also stated that in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Insider Trading” for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, in the securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, and Insiders with effect from November 26, 2025 and shall remain closed until 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
