GACM Technologies Hit 5% Upper Circuit As Board Approves $110 Million FCCB Issue for Overseas Acquisition Plans

Hyderabad, September 3, 2025: GACM Technologies Limited (Equity) share price hit its 5% upper circuit today. As of 1:35 PM, the shares are up 0.03 points and are trading at ₹0.63. As of now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹0.63 and ₹0.63 as they hit the upper circuit right after the market opened.

On the other hand, GACM Technologies Limited (DVR) share price is also up by 3.855, or 0.02 points, and is trading at ₹0.54.

Key Trigger: Board Approves $110 Million FCCB Issue for Overseas Acquisition Plans

The heightened investor interest comes after the company announced that its board has approved the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth up to USD 110 million (approx. ₹1,000 crore) to fund potential overseas acquisitions. The decision changes the company’s earlier communication of July 9, 2025, where the company said that it is considering a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Now, the company will find greater flexibility for cross-border expansion through the FCCB route. The FCCB issue was approved in the board meeting held today at the company’s Hyderabad headquarters, commencing at 10:30 AM and concluding at 11:00 AM.
