Globtier Infotech Shares List at 20% Discount to IPO Price

September 2, 2025: Globtier Infotech’s share price witnessed a significant fall on the day of its listing. The company’s market debut on BSE SME saw the shares listing at a 20% discount. The shares are listed at ₹57.60 against the issue price of ₹72 per share. The shares opened at ₹57.60 but quickly started falling further. As of 10:19 AM, the shares have fallen 24%, or 17.28 points and are trading at ₹54.72. This makes the company’s current market cap come to ₹82.74 crore, with its free float market cap at ₹23.60 crore.

Globtier Infotech Limited is an Indian information technology (IT) services company that provides managed IT and SAP support services. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The company’s shares are listed on the BSE SME platform today with the code 544225.

IPO Issue of ₹31.05 Crore Subscribed 1.34 Times, Retail Investors Led with 2.04x Subscription 

The IPO issue had an issue size of 43.12 lakh shares aggregating to ₹31.05 crore. It included a fresh issue of 38.11 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 5 lakh shares by promoter Rekha Shukla. The IPO issue saw overall subscription of 1.34 times, where retail investors led the subscription at 2.04 times, NIIs at 0.74 times, while QIBs did not bid for the issue.
