New Delhi, October 9, 2025: Goodluck India Limited (NSE: GOODLUCK, BSE: 530655) shares surged 3.37% after the company announced that its material subsidiary, Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited, has started commercial production at the Sikandrabad facility with effect from October 8, 2025.
According to the company’s exchange filing, commercial production has commenced at Plot Nos. 80, 81 & 82, Sherpur Road, Faridpur, Sikandrabad, which is a significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion into the defence and aerospace manufacturing segment.
Established in 1986 and listed on BSE and NSE since 2015, Goodluck India Limited manufactures a wide range of engineering steel, seamless tubes, structures, and precision components. It caters to a variety of sectors, including automotive, infrastructure, energy, and defense. It has its registered office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and operates several manufacturing units across the region.
