Mumbai, October 13, 2025 – The second quarter earnings season is now in full swing, with several major listed companies, including HCL Technologies, Anand Rathi Wealth, and Just Dial, due to announce their Q2FY26 results today. The announcements cover a wide range of sectors, including technology, wealth management, broadcasting and financial services, providing investors with valuable clues on annual performance trends halfway into the financial year for Indian companies.

HCL Tech in Focus

HCL Technologies Ltd (NSE: HCLTECH) dominates the results timetable as it releases its Q2FY26 results, including updates on the company’s global deal activity, margin delivery, and demand trends across major markets such as the US and Europe. The board will also contemplate declaring an interim dividend, which should only increase investor confidence in its future outlook.

Wealth Management Momentum

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd (BSE: 543415) will announce its quarterly financials and may also announce an interim dividend. Analysts are closely watching growth in wealth management AUM, profitability ratios, and overall performance in relation to India’s wealth creation boom.

In contrast, Den Networks, Indbank, Indo Thai Securities, SG Finserve, and Stallion India Fluorochemicals will also announce results, with SG Finserve potentially announcing a capital raise as well.
