Mumbai, October 13: HDFC AMC Limited’s share price is on the rise today, after the company announced that it is considering a bonus issue during its upcoming board meeting. As of 10:34 AM, the shares of the company were up by 2.01%, or 111 points, and were trading at ₹5,631. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹5,664.50and a low of ₹5,549.50. The traded volume stood at 2.57 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹1,18,130 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹5,927.50 and 52-week low at ₹3,563.05.
HDFC AMC Limited is an Indian company that is India’s leading asset management company. It was established in 1999 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol HDFCAMC and on BSE with the code 541729.
Bonus Issue Proposal Ahead of Q2 Results
The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that it is considering a bonus issue during its upcoming board meeting scheduled for October 15, 2025. The company announced that on October 15, its board of directors will meet to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
Along with this, the board will also consider a proposal for a bonus issue, which will make the shares more attractive to the investors and will result in improving the liquidity. Once approved by the board of directors, the proposal will be subject to shareholder approval.
The announcement of the bonus issue proposal is driving investor sentiment, resulting in the share price witnessing positive demand.
