New Delhi, September 5, 2025: HFCL Limited (NSE: HFCL, BSE: 500183) declared a dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share (face value of ₹1 each) for its shareholders. The company has also revised the record date for the determination of eligible members to September 9, 2025, in accordance with instructions from stock exchanges as a result of the Reserve Bank of India’s settlement holiday on September 8.

The dividend, when finalised at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of September 15, 2025, will be credited to those shareholders whose names are registered in the company’s register or in depositories as on the record date.

HFCL Limited, located in New Delhi, is a technology and telecom firm involved in producing optical fiber cables, telecommunication equipment, and carrying out turnkey jobs in telecom, defense, and railways. It is listed in both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
