Indore, November 7: Highway Infrastructure Ltd has released its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, and the first half of the year. It reported a 191.8% rise in its H1FY26 PAT, with an increase in its order book to ₹775 crore.

Highway Infrastructure Ltd (BSE: 544477 | NSE: HILINFRA) is an Indian company that is engaged in infrastructure development and management. The company was established in 2006, and is headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Highway Infrastructure Q2FY26 and Half-yearly Financial Highlights

For Q2FY26, Highway Infrastructure Ltd. reported a Total Revenue of ₹115.3 crore, a 3.4% decrease year-on-year (YoY). EBITDA surged by 253.4% to ₹13.7 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 515.4% to ₹9.7 crore. PAT margin increased to 8.4%.

For the first half of the fiscal year (H1FY26), Total Revenue was at ₹227.8 crore. EBITDA grew 102.4% to ₹25.8 crore. PAT increased by 191.8% to ₹16.9 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever order book of ₹775 crore as of September 2025.

Key business developments include new tollway projects. It includes Kiratpur and Muzaina Fee Plazas in Uttar Pradesh and a Greenfield Expressway in Rajasthan. HIL also secured EPC contracts under the PM E-Bus Seva initiative. They include the Nayta Mundla (₹1.96 crore) and Dewas Naka (₹1.09 crore) depots. They are expected to be completed by March 2026.

In real estate, the company launched ‘New York City – Phase 4’ in Indore. This resulted in adding 0.17 million sq. ft. of saleable area. It also appointed Mr. Vinayak Parkhi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.

Shares Fall 0.27% At ₹73.75

As of 11:50 AM, the Highway Infrastructure share price was down by 0.27%, or 0.20 points, and was trading at ₹73.75. Until now, Highway Infrastructure shares have traded within a range of ₹75.35 and ₹73.05. The traded volume for the stock of Highway Infrastructure stood at 2.66 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹530 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹131.40 and their 52-week low at ₹73.05.
