New Delhi, August 28, 2025 – Highway Infrastructure Limited (NSE: HILINFRA, BSE: 544477) saw a volatile day as it climbed 5.82% to ₹96.80 in Thursday’s afternoon trade; however, it also hit a new 52-week low of ₹88.01. The new low comes as a surprise as the company recently hit a new 52-week high of ₹131.40 earlier this month on August 14, 2025.

Highway Infrastructure Limited, headquartered in India, operates in the infrastructure sector with a focus on road development under toll-annuity and hybrid-annuity models. In addition to its core infrastructure business, the company is expanding into real estate with residential projects such as the Neww York City series in Indore. Listed on NSE and BSE, it reflects a growing presence in India’s infrastructure and real estate markets.

The company announced the launch of its new residential real estate project named “Neww York City – Phase 4″ in Indore. The project is spread across 1,74,582.40 sq. ft. and is located opposite the SAGE University on the Rau-Bypass. It has received RERA registration (No. P-IND-25-5864). The launch of the project was formally made today, on August 28, 2025. In other major developments, the company also commenced toll collection operations at Kiratpur Fee Plaza, Uttar Pradesh, under a project valued at ₹84.78 crore as on August 25, 2025. NHAI awarded the contract on July 17, 2025.
