Mumbai, July 23:Indo-MIM IPO opened for subscription on Thursday, kicking off bidding for the company’s ₹3,811.21 crore public issue. In the first few hours of Day 1, the IPO witnessed a measured response, with the issue subscribed 0.13 times as of 10:34 AM, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) emerged as the most active category.
The IPO will remain open for bidding until July 27, giving investors additional time to submit applications. Subscription levels are expected to gather pace over the remaining days as institutional and retail participation typically increases closer to the closing date.
NII Investors Lead Initial Subscription
Early subscription data showed stronger interest from high-net-worth investors compared with other investor categories.
The NII portion was subscribed 0.27 times, followed by the Employee category at 0.32 times and the Retail Individual Investors (RII) segment at 0.14 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion had received negligible bids at the time of the update and stood at 0.00 times.
Overall, investors had bid for 69,81,210 shares against 5,50,74,644 shares available for subscription, translating into an overall subscription of 0.13 times.

Indo-MIM IPO Details
Indo-MIM is aiming to raise ₹3,811.21 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 1,03,09,278 equity shares aggregating ₹499.10 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6,82,91,022 equity shares aggregating ₹3,311.21 crore.
The IPO has been priced in a band of ₹461 to ₹485 per share.
Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 30 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,550 at the upper end of the price band. The minimum investment for S-HNI applicants is 420 shares worth ₹2,03,700, while B-HNI investors need to bid for at least 2,070 shares, amounting to ₹10,03,950.
Issue Reservation
The net issue has been reserved as follows:
- QIB: 50%
- NII: 15%
- Retail: 35%
Additionally, 2,00,000 shares have been reserved for eligible employees, who are being offered a ₹45 per share discount.
