New Delhi: IRB Group on Wednesday said its toll revenue increased approximately 25 per cent year-on-year to Rs 807 crore in August.
The toll revenue in August 2025 was Rs 646 crore, IRB Group said in a release.
The revenue performance reflects sustained traffic growth across the group’s assets, along with the impact of the tariff revision implemented at the beginning of FY27.
IRB MP Expressway, which comprises the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Old Mumbai-Pune Highway (NH4), contributed the highest toll revenue of Rs 172.1 crore to the total collection in August 2026, up from Rs 144.7 crore a year ago.
IRB Golconda Expressway, comprising Hyderabad Outer Ring Road, was the second largest contributor with toll revenue of Rs 87.9 crore in August 2026, up from Rs 73.7 crore a year ago.
IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway contributed Rs 80.3 crore in August 2026 compared to Rs 69.1 crore in the year-ago period.
Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited said, “Our strong toll revenue performance in August 2026 reflects the sustained traffic growth across our assets. The traffic growth, coupled with the tariff revision implemented at the beginning of FY27, has further supported our revenue performance”.
The company remains well positioned to deliver stronger toll revenue growth in the coming months, further strengthening our overall growth momentum, he said IRB Group is India’s leading and largest integrated infrastructure assets platform in the roads and highways sector, with a current portfolio of 28 revenue-generating highway assets aggregating to around Rs 940 billion across 13 Indian states.
