Semiconductor Breakthrough Driving Buzz

This innovation integrates 32 DC I/Os, 4 RF I/Os, and RF performance up to 70 GHz, placing IZMO among a select few companies worldwide capable of such advanced semiconductor packaging.

Dinanath Soni, Executive Director of izmomicro, hailed the achievement as a “defining moment,” adding that IZMO is the first company in India to demonstrate this capability. The development positions the firm to support AI clusters, hyperscale data centers, and 5G/6G telecom infrastructure.
