Mumbai, October 9, 2025: Jyoti Global Plast Limited shares (NSE: JYOTIGLOBL) extended their bullish run on Thursday, rising 5.32% to ₹65.35 as of 12:09 p.m. IST, following a nearly 20% gain on Wednesday that took the stock to a new 52-week high of ₹72.10. The shares remain in the spotlight as investors respond to the company’s recent announcement of a foray into the drone surveillance sector, marking a major diversification from its traditional composites and plastics business.

Jyoti Global Plast Limited Established in the year 2004 and listed on NSE SME in August 2025, Jyoti Global Plast Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of engineering plastic and composite moulded parts. The company, with decades of experience in material sciences, is branching into drone technology in the fields of surveillance, industrial inspection, and infrastructure monitoring applications.

During the session, the stock hit a high of ₹66.40 and a low of ₹62.10. The day’s circuit limits were set at ₹74.45 on the upper end and ₹49.65 on the lower end. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between ₹49.00 and ₹72.10, marking both its all-time low and high. The shares have a face value of ₹10 and a book value of ₹12.95 each, with a market capitalisation of ₹129 crore.

Jyoti Global Plast Enters Drone Manufacturing

The company has announced its entry into the drone sector with its first range of advanced surveillance drones, drawing on its expertise in specialised materials and precision engineering. These drones are designed to operate effectively across India’s diverse climates and conditions, featuring capabilities such as day-and-night operation, dual (day/thermal) cameras, and a vibration-dampening modular pod with a quick-release design.

Focusing on reliability, modular payload compatibility, and rugged build quality, these drones seek applications in defense, industrial inspection, infrastructure monitoring, and search & rescue missions.

Deven Shah, Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director of Jyoti Global Plast, stated that the company’s heritage in materials sciences and fine engineering gives it a unique edge in developing reliable drones for unforgiving Indian terrains. He also said that the company would introduce new drones or drone products at regular intervals in order to demonstrate its desire for product development and penetration in the fast-evolving Indian drone solutions segment.
