Hyderabad, 1st September 2025 – Lakshmi Finance & Industrial Corporation Limited (NSE: LFIC) declared a 30% dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The announcement was made following the board meeting of the company on May 26, 2025.

The company has also disclosed that its 101st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, the 27th of September, 2025, at the MANJEERA Banquet Meeting Hall, Hotel The Plaza, Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Book Closure Period Declared

For dividend and AGM purposes, the company will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 20, 2025, to September 27, 2025 (both days inclusive). Shareholders as of then shall be entitled to the declared dividend.
