Ahmedabad, September 5, 2025: Laxmi Goldorna House Limited share price is on the rise today. As of 10:30 AM, the shares are trading at ₹763.05, up by 1.12%, or 8.45 points. This comes after the company announced that its Board of Directors have approved multiple key resolutions in its meeting held on September 4. The key resolution was the clearance of a 7:5 bonus issue.
Announcement of Bonus Issue Key Resolution
In the board meeting, the key resolution passed was a bonus issue with seven new fully paid-up equity shares (face value ₹10) for every five existing equity shares held. The estimated allotment timeline is 2 months from the date of board approval. The company has also raised its authorised share capital raised from ₹45.01 crore to ₹51.00 crore. The record date for the bonus issue has been set on October 10, 2025, with the AGM scheduled on September 30. The company also announced the appointment of M/s Nirav Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26-FY30.
Market Cap At ₹1,617.68 crore
With the share price jump, the current market cap of the company stands at ₹1,617.68 crore. The current traded volume is at 11.40 thousand shares, with the P/E ratio being 149.44. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹784.00 and ₹763.05. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹896.00 (22-Jul-2025) and 52-week low at ₹265.60 (06-Sep-2024).
Enhancing Liquidity
The main aim of the company for the bonus issue is to enhance the liquidity in the stock in order for it to be affordable for investors. For the current shareholders, the bonus issue will be rewarding as it will unlock more value with a higher number of shares. The company’s management said that the bonus issue will be funded through free reserves and securities premium account, as reflected in the FY25 audited financials.
