Lemon Tree Hotels Shares Jump Nearly 2% on New Rajasthan Properties

New Delhi, September 3, 2025 – Lemon Tree Hotels shares surged 1.97% trading at ₹168.53 as of 02:00.p.m IST, riding on investor hopes with the company unveiling a trio of new hotel ventures in Rajasthan’s fast-developing spiritual tourism centers. The stock opened stronger and continued to scale higher, reflecting solid market confidence.

Consolidation of Rajasthan Base

Lemon Tree has signed license deals for three new properties Lemon Tree Premier, Pushkar (96 keys, pool, spa, conference space), Lemon Tree Premier, Ajmer (78 keys, banquet, spa, pool, lounge), and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree, Ajmer (31 rooms, restaurant, fitness, meeting space) all operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary. These signings strengthen the company’s footprint in desert-state pilgrimage centers, where it already operates 11 hotels with seven more under development, says CEO Vilas Pawar.

Riding the Tier-II Travel Wave

The expansion supports Lemon Tree’s asset-light, management-plus-franchise model, maximizing margins while growing along India’s tier-II tourism corridor. Supported by its strong Q1FY26 performance net profit almost doubled to ₹38 crore and EBITDA jumped 22% the company is poised to ride the revival of domestic leisure travel and robust demand in religious destinations. JM Financial analysts have a Buy rating at ₹175, forecasting double-digit RevPAR growth and healthy EBITDA paths
