Mumbai, September 3, 2026: Lumino Industries shares made a strong debut on Thursday, listing at Rs 110 on the NSE, a 34.15% premium to the issue price. On the BSE, the stock opened at Rs 109, translating into a 32.93% premium.

Lumino Industries shares were trading at ₹116.66 on BSE and NSE at 10:51:33 AM IST on September 3, 2026. The stock was therefore 6.05% above its opening level and 42.27% above the IPO price of ₹82.The movement followed the company’s listing after its ₹700 crore book-built IPO, which comprised a fresh issue of 6.10 crore shares aggregating ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of 2.44 crore shares worth ₹200 crore.

₹700 Crore IPO Received 124.02 Times Subscription

The Lumino Industries IPO was open from August 27 to August 31, 2026, with a price band of ₹78–82 per share. The final issue price was fixed at ₹82 per share.

The issue received total bids for 7,45,63,86,028 shares against 6,01,21,951 shares offered for subscription, resulting in an overall subscription of 124.02 times. The issue received 58,48,594 applications.

QIB Subscription Reached 232.79 Times

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), excluding anchor investors, subscribed 232.79 times the shares available to them. The category received bids for 3,91,76,11,516 shares against an offer of 1,68,29,268 shares.

The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 185.21 times. Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 201.90 times, while the portion for applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh was subscribed 151.82 times.

Retail Investors Subscribed 40.27 Times

The retail portion of the IPO was subscribed 40.27 times, with bids received for 1,18,59,81,342 shares against 2,94,51,219 shares offered.

The employee category was subscribed 12.37 times. A total of 12,19,512 shares were reserved for employees as a preferential reservation.

Fresh Issue Accounted For ₹500 Crore

Of the ₹700 crore issue size, ₹500 crore came through a fresh issue of 6.10 crore shares, while the remaining ₹200 crore was raised through an offer for sale of 2.44 crore shares.

A fresh issue brings new capital into the company, whereas an offer for sale involves existing shareholders selling part of their holdings. The two components together formed the total IPO size.

QIBs Received 50% Of Net Public Offer

After excluding the employee reservation and other applicable allocations, the net offer to the public comprised 8.14 crore shares. The QIB category was allocated 4.20 crore shares, representing 50% of the net issue.

NIIs received 1.26 crore shares, or 15%, while retail investors were allocated 2.94 crore shares, representing 35% of the net issue. Anchor investors were allotted 2.52 crore shares as part of the institutional allocation.

₹207 Crore Raised From Anchor Investors

Lumino Industries raised ₹207 crore from anchor investors on August 25, 2026, ahead of the IPO opening. The anchor portion comprised 2.52 crore shares.

The anchor shares are subject to lock-in requirements. According to the issue details, the lock-in for 50% of the anchor allocation ends on October 1, 2026, while the remaining shares are subject to the longer lock-in period ending November 30, 2026.

Lumino Industries Shares Trade 42.27% Above Issue Price

At ₹116.66 as of 10:51:33 AM IST on September 3, 2026, Lumino Industries shares were ₹34.66 above the ₹82 issue price, representing a gain of 42.27% from the IPO price.

The stock had opened at ₹110, making the current market price ₹6.66, or 6.05%, above the opening level. The reported VWAP was ₹111.58 at the time of the market snapshot.

Lumino Industries Listing Follows Strong IPO Demand

The company’s shares were listed on both BSE and NSE on September 3, 2026, following the completion of allotment on September 1 and credit of shares on September 2.

The IPO recorded its highest subscription on the final bidding day, when the QIB ex-anchor category alone reached 232.79 times, compared with 0.04 times on the first day. Overall subscription increased from 1.51 times on August 27 to 5.14 times on August 28 before reaching 124.02 times on August 31.
