Pune, September 15, 2025: Maharashtra Scooters Limited has announced that it has declared a significant interim dividend of ₹160 per equity share (1600% on face value of ₹10) for FY26. This is the company’s highest ever interim dividend.

Maharashtra Scooters Limited is an Indian company that was established in 1975 as a manufacturer of scooters. However, it is now a Core Investment Company (CIC) and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol MAHSCOOTER and on BSE with the code 500266.

Record Date Fixed on September 22

The company has set September 22, 2025 as the record date for the dividend payout. The actual payout by the company is expected on or around October 13, 2025. The decision regarding the dividend payout was taken today at the company’s board meeting. Along with the dividend decision, the company also approved the appointment of Shri Saurabh Erande (ACS No. 25908) as Company Secretary with effect from October 1, 2025.

Shares Hit 52-week High But Closed in The Red

As a result of the announcement, Maharashtra Scooters Limited share price briefly hit their 52-week high of ₹18,453. However, as of 3:30 PM, the shares saw strong sell off and fell by 0.29%, or 52.00 points to trade at ₹17,927.00. The traded volume stood at 16.50 thousand shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹20,547 crore.
