New Delhi, September 9: MBL Infrastructure Limited (NSE: MBLINFRA, BSE: 533152) announced on Tuesday that it has obtained an order worth ₹11.06 crore under a change in scope of its ongoing DBFOT project on Bikaner–Suratgarh section of NH-62 in Rajasthan. The order is being given to its wholly owned subsidiary, Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Pvt Ltd, under a concession agreement signed in May 2012.

Since incorporation in 1995 and listing in 2010, MBL Infrastructure Limited (NSE: MBLINFRA, BSE: 533152) is a New Delhi-based civil engineering and infrastructure company that engages in highways, housing, railways, metro projects, and urban infrastructure in India.

Project Scope and Progress

The new order includes construction of junctions, strengthening of service roads, and construction of two culverts. MBL has already constructed the initial 170.266-km highway, with toll realisation already under way. Besides that, the company is also building a ₹20.22 crore bridge across the Indira Gandhi Canal, which is ongoing.

Strengthened Financial Position

The company elucidated that all its bank accounts are now categorised as standard by the consortium lenders, restoring access to working capital facilities of ₹303.63 crore under the forms of letters of credit and guarantees. With liquidity hence revived, MBL has placed bids for projects worth ₹889.54 crore and is seeking to procure fresh orders of approximately ₹1,000 crore in FY26.

Managing Director and Chairman Anjanee Kumar Lakhotia also informed that with recharged working capital facilities, the company started bidding actively and is expecting significant project victories this year.

Market Performance

MBL Infrastructure stocks went up 3.06% on Tuesday to close at ₹43.45 on the NSE, compared to the last close of ₹42.16. The stock touched an intra-day high of ₹44.00 and a low of ₹41.85 during the session before settling in at its close. The market value of the company was at around ₹663 crore.
