As of 11:30 AM, the shares are up 6.82%, or 180.90 points and are trading at ₹2,833.00. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹2,869.80 and ₹2,615.00, with a traded volume of 30.57 lakh shares.
Key Trigger: GST Linkage and ₹1,734 Crore AI Order
The significant rally in the shares comes after investor sentiments are being positively affected due to GST linkage and AI order. The announcement of lower GST burden is likely to help the company lower its input costs and improve competitiveness in domestic and global markets. Another trigger is the recent sovereign AI infrastructure order the company won on September 3, worth ₹1,734 crore.
The order is one of the company’s largest-ever orders, scheduled to be executed between Q4 FY26 and H1 FY27. Netweb will use NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs under its Tyrone Camarero AI platform to execute the order. The GPUs are built for generative AI, foundational model training, and exascale computing. The systems will be fully designed and manufactured in India.
CMD Sanjay Lodha called the deal “transformative,” reaffirming Netweb’s role in building India’s sovereign AI infrastructure.

The shares of Netweb Technologies have risen 15% in the last two sessions and are extending the rally today. The buy orders are far more than the sell orders, and it remains to be seen at what price the shares will end today’s market session.
