Revenue for the quarter declined 19% YoY at Rs 2119cr. Operating profit was up 20% YoY at Rs 157.8cr. Net profit increased 16.3% YoY at Rs 100.7cr. Other Income was up 10.4% YoY at Rs 87.2cr. Order book stood at Rs 23,801 crore as of Dec-2025.
Lenskart Solutions
Lenskart Solutions Ltd reported a sharp surge in its fiscal third quarter earnings, with consolidated net profit jumping over 70 times year-on-year to Rs 131 crore, compared with Rs 1.85 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 38.3 percent on-year to Rs 2,307.7 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs 1,668.8 crore a year earlier, reflecting continued expansion in its eyewear retail and online businesses.
LG Electronics India
Overall performance was weak during the quarter. Consolidated Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 4114 cr; declining by 6.4% YoY, on account of subdued post festive demand, especially in compressor-led products. Gross profit de-grew by 7.7% YoY to Rs 1340 cr with gross profit margin compressing by 46 bps YoY to 32.6%. Combined effect of operating de-leverage, higher input prices of copper and aluminium and FX volatility, led to EBITDA de-growth of 42.4% YoY to Rs 196 cr as against 340 cr in Q3FY25. EBITDA margin compressed by 298 bps YoY to 4.8%. PAT declined 61.6% YoY to Rs 89.7 cr.
Ritco Logistics
Ritco Logistics reported revenue of Rs.393 cr., up 26% year on year and up 9% quarter on quarter. It reported operating profit of Rs.27 cr. and margin of 7%. Its net profit stood at Rs.10 cr. from a profit of Rs.10 cr. in the previous year and a profit of Rs.9 cr. In previous quarter.

Mahindra & Mahindra
The Company’s standalone net profit for Q3FY26 increased 32.6% YoY to Rs 3,931 crore. Revenue from operations was up 26% to Rs 38,517 crore. EBITDA increased 27% to Rs 5,668 crore and EBITDA margin increased marginally to 14.7%. Auto volumes increased 23% YoY, supported by a 2.8% rise in realisations. Volumes in Farm Equipment segment grew 23% YoY, with realisations up 1.7%.
Neogen Chemicals
Operational performance was weak in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 9.2% YoY at Rs 220cr. Operating profit was down 7.8% YoY at Rs 32cr. Net profit declined 63% YoY at Rs 3.7cr.
AstraZeneca Pharma
Operational performance was weak in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter increased 39% YoY at Rs 611.6cr. Operating margin was down 1020bps YoY at 7.3%. Net profit was up 5.7% YoY at Rs 32.6cr. Exceptional loss was at Rs 33.5cr in Q3FY25. PBT before exceptional items was down 40.5% YoY at Rs 45cr.
Hikal
Operational performance was healthy in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 10.4% YoY at Rs 494.3cr. Operating profit was up 14.7% YoY at Rs 82.7cr. Net loss stood at Rs 5.9cr as against net profit of Rs 17.2cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 38cr.
Ashok Leyland
Ashok Leyland reported a standalone PAT of Rs 796 crore in Q3FY26, marking a marginal increase of 4.4% YoY. Revenue from operations rose 22% in the October-December period to Rs 11,534 crore. EBITDA advanced 27% to Rs 1,535 crore and EBITDA margin expanded ~50 bps YoY to 13.3%
Divi’s Laboratories
Overall performance was in-line with expectations in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 12.3% YoY at Rs 2604cr as compared to estimate of Rs 2643cr. Operating margin improved 215bps YoY at 34.2% as against expectation of 33.2%. Net profit was down 1% YoY at Rs 583cr. Other Income was higher by 7.3% YoY at Rs 88cr. PBT before exceptional items increased 17.6% YoY at Rs 854cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 22 and it was at Rs 68.4 for 9MFY26. At CMP, thestock trades at 41.5x FY28E EPS.
Jupiter Wagons
Revenue for the quarter declined 13.6% YoY at Rs 890.4cr. Operating profit was down 22% YoY at Rs 116cr. Net profit declined 35.3% YoY at Rs 63cr. Other Income was down 38% YoY at Rs 9.2cr.
Orkla India
The company reported a 13.98% year-on-year decline in net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, at Rs 56.6 crore, compared with Rs 65.8 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 3.4% to Rs 636 crore from Rs 615.2 crore a year earlier, driven by volume-led growth, the company said
Protean eGov
The company reported a net profit of ₹22.5 crore for the third quarter, down 2.2% from ₹23 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue for the quarter rose 13.1% to ₹228.9 crore, compared with ₹202.3 crore in the corresponding period last year, driven by strong performance in tax services and new businesses. Central Recordkeeping Agency revenues remained unchanged.
Max Financial Services
Max Financial Services Limited (MFSL) reported an 60% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 14259 crore for Q3 FY26, propelled by its subsidiary Axis Max Life Insurance’s 18% Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth to Rs 25,195 crore in 9MFY26. Axis Max Life’s Value of New Business (VNB) surged 30% to Rs 1,633 crore, with New Business Margin improving to 23.6%.
