BEL

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), has secured additional orders worth Rs. 733 Cr. since the last disclosure on 06th Feb 2026. Major orders received include TR modules, communication equipment, encryptors, radars, jammers, software solutions, test equipment, upgrades, spares, services etc

Shaily Engineering

Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited has signed a contract worth Rs 423 crore for a period of 4 years. Company received an order from one of the large domestic pharma company. The order is for the supply of pen injectors.

Waaree Energies, Premier Energies, Vikram Solar

U.S. Department of Commerce imposed preliminary countervailing duties of 126% on certain solar imports from India. The matter remains subject to ongoing regulatory proceedings and the final outcome is expected over next few months.

Gravita

Gravita India Ltd. Announces the expansion of its recycling unit in Mundra, Gujrat, increasing its lead recycling capacity y 80,300 MTPA to a total of 145,100 MTPA.

Nalco

Nalco launches a new IA91 Grade Aluminium alloy ingot, designed for advanced casting such as automotive and electrical. This high performance alloy enhances Nalco’s product portfolio, showcasing its commitment to quality and innovation.

Alivus Lifesciences

With reference to earlier intimation dated February 16, 2026, in relation to fire incident that occurred on February 14, 2026, in one of the seven production blocks of the Company’s manufacturing facility at Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat. The incident was confined to one production block and affected a portion of the intermediate manufacturing facilities. The Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facilities in the same block remain unaffected. All other six production blocks at the Dahej site are unaffected and continue to remain fully operational. The situation has been fully assessed and the Company expects to resume API production at the affected block from March 1, 2026, and production of intermediates from mid-March 2026. This temporary cessation of manufacturing operations would result in a few delayed shipments.

Sanofi Consumer

Revenue for the quarter grew 47% YoY at Rs 251 crore. EBITDA was higher by 44.6% YoY at Rs 89.8 crore. Net profit increased 50% YoY at Rs 66.5 crore. Board recommended final dividend of Rs 75 per equity share for the year. EPS for CY2025 stood at Rs 104.3.

Punjab Natl. Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India

Fitch Ratings has maintained its ‘BBB-‘ long-term issuer default ratings with a stable outlook for Punjab National Bank and Bank of Baroda, while lifting their Viability Ratings to ‘bb’. The upgrade highlights stronger asset quality, healthier capital buffers, and better profitability metrics.

Balkrishna Industries

Balkrishna Industries is taking on established players with its maiden foray into the consumer tyre market targeting a million two-wheeler tyres a month by 2030 riding on its manufacturing muscle and brand equity. The move into the consumer segment marks a departure for a company that built its business almost entirely in off-highway speciality tyres. Eighty percent of its revenues come from exports.

Zydus Lifesciences

Zydus Lifesciences Limited plans to launch Semaglutide Injection under the brand names– SEMAGLYN, MASHEMA and ALTERME, upon Semaglutide patent expiry in India. The Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) had earlier provided its approval for manufacturing and marketing Semaglutide injection for the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity. A critical differentiator of Zydus’ Semaglutide offering will be its novel, indigenously developed drug delivery system. Unlike existing treatments that require patients to purchase multiple single-dose pens as they titrate their dosage, Zydus plans to introduce an innovative, adjustable single-pen device. This technology allows patients to seamlessly select and administer varying dose strengths from a single unit, significantly enhancing patient adherence, maximizing convenience and drastically reducing the overall cost of therapy.

L&T

The Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) vertical of Larsen & Toubro has secured a batch of EPC orders to establish electricity grid system elements in India and abroad. According to the company’s project classification, the value of the orders ranges between Rs 5,000 crore to Rs 10,000 crore.

KSB

Net profit grew 10.8% year-on-year to Rs 81 crore, compared with Rs 73.1 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue rose 8% to Rs 784 crore from Rs 726.4 crore a year ago.

TCS

Coal India

Coal India Subsidiary subsidiary South Eastern Coalfields Ltd is assessing seven legacy mine dumps for potential rare earth element deposits, aiming to help India curb its reliance on imported critical minerals. The company is launching a tender process to bring in specialist exploration partners, with scientific surveys expected to identify commercially viable locations within a year.

Coforge

Coforge Limited announced that it has been awarded a $158 Million five-year contract by a UK based client. The firm shall provide services effective April 2026. Revenue accrual under the contract will be evenly spread over five years. The firm expects material expansion of ancillary revenue around this core contract over the next five years from the same client.

IRFC

The Government of India, the promoter, is not exercising the oversubscription option to the extent of 26.13 crore equity shares (2% of paid-up equity) since there is under subscription of 1.18 crore equity shares of the company as on the T Day (February25).

Revenue for the quarter declined 18.5% YoY at Rs 419.8 crore. EBITDA was down 23.7% YoY at Rs 90.3 crore. Net profit was down 32.4% YoY at Rs 61.7 crore. Exceptional gain was at Rs 8 crore for Q4CY24. Board recommended final dividend of Rs 48 per equity share for the year. EPS for CY2025 stood at Rs 141.85.

RVNL

The company has received LOA from National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) for development of township in Kirandul, Chhattisgarh. The project cost is Rs 371.69 crore.

Lupin

The pharma major said the Maharashtra GST Department has initiated an inspection and search at its office. The company said it is cooperating with authorities and that the proceedings have no impact on its financials or operations. The inspection pertains to documents related to GST payments and inputtax credit claims.
