The Operations and Finance Committee of the Board will meet on September 4, 2025, to consider the proposal for the issue of listed, secured NCDs on a private placement basis.

Paisalo Digital Limited, listed since October 2011, is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) involved in extending small business loans, income generation loans, and other credit offerings in India.
