Mumbai September, 17: Puravankara Limited has secured a redevelopment project in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value of ₹2,600 crore, according to the company’s exchange disclosure dated September 17, 2026. The project spans approximately 4.68 acres and offers a total development potential of about 1.05 million sq. ft. The company said the redevelopment project strengthens its presence in Mumbai’s established residential markets.

The Goregaon West project is the company’s eighth redevelopment project in Mumbai. Puravankara said the location benefits from connectivity to key business districts and established social infrastructure.
