Mumbai, September 9, 2025 – Shares of Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd (NSE: QPOWER, BSE: 544367) surged 2.45% to ₹926.55 in early trade today after the company announced that its material step-down subsidiary, Endoks Enerji Anonim Şirketi, received two significant international orders worth ₹75.19 crore for supply of FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) to a European steel plant.

In a regulatory filing, the company announced that it has secured two large international orders from a European customer. However, the client’s name was not disclosed due to data privacy norms. The contract involves the supply of a Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) for a steel plant, with a total order value estimated at ₹75.19 crore. The execution timeline has been pegged at around one year. The company clarified that this transaction is being carried out on an arm’s length basis and does not involve any related parties.
Key Trigger for Stock
The twin orders strengthen Quality Power’s export order book and reinforce its positioning in high-end grid solutions. The announcement comes just months after its February 2025 listing, further boosting investor sentiment.
