Jaipur, September 17, 2025: Shares of RMC Switchgears Ltd (BSE: 540358) rallied 4.89% on Wednesday after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth ₹59.12 crore from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL). The contract is for the development of distribution infrastructure for segregation of mixed feeders at Tonk Circle, Rajasthan, under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).

RMC Switchgears Ltd is a company headquartered in Jaipur and engaged in the electrical equipment industry. The company is listed on the Indian stock exchanges under the ticker 540358 and specializes in power distribution solutions. Order Details

The new order win is by Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) with a total order value of ₹59,12,44,356.07 (₹59.12 crore). The nature of work under the order is the development of distribution infrastructure for the segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders. The task is to take place at Tonk Circle, Jaipur Discom, Rajasthan and should be completed within the execution timeline, which is set at 15 months.

The execution timeline will also include survey and approval stages. The order does not contain any related party, promoter(s) or promoter group, and is at arm’s length. When executed properly, the order is expected to bolster RMC Switchgears’ order book and strengthen revenue visibility in the future.
