Rose Merc Ltd Shares Rise 4.99% After Signing Strategic MoU with Thrust Aircraft Pvt Ltd

Mumbai, October 10, 2025: Rose Merc Ltd (BSE: 512115) shares increased by 4.99% on Friday, as the company disclosed the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thrust Aircraft Private Limited (TAPL), an Indian manufacturing company focusing on indigenous aircraft and UAV development. Rose Merc Ltd shares have dipped 57% in the last year, gained 26% in the last six months, and dipped 12% in the last month.
Rose Merc Ltd is a diversified company engaged in financial consulting, event and sports management, spiritual broadcasting, and B2C products. The firm reported 312% YoY revenue growth to ₹528 lakh in FY24, supported by strong project execution and emerging-sector investments.
Thrust Aircraft Pvt Ltd is India’s first indigenous aircraft manufacturer led by Capt. Amol Yadav, developing utility and transport aircraft such as the TAC 003 and TAC 005 models to enhance regional connectivity under the Make in India initiative.
Strategic Partnership to Boost Aerospace Collaboration
The non-binding MoU outlines collaboration on business opportunities and investor introductions, along with a potential equity investment of up to ₹20 crore in TAPL. Under the agreement, Rose Merc will provide financial consulting, assist in preparing IBBI-compliant valuation reports, and offer access to its comprehensive network of services, including Capital Square Advisors Pvt Ltd., a Category I Merchant Banker with over ₹70,000 crore of experience in syndicate debt, supporting TAPL’s fundraising strategies and market positioning.
In return, TAPL will provide operational updates to Rose Merc and support engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening India’s self-reliant aviation industry.
