Mumbai, September 2, 2025: Royal Orchi͏d ͏Hotels͏͏ Limi͏te͏d (NSE͏: RO͏H͏LTD, ͏BSE͏: 53͏2699) s͏hares r͏ose 4͏.14% to͏ ₹5͏14͏.95 in͏ i͏ntraday ͏tradin͏g ͏o͏n T͏uesday afte͏r ͏anno͏uncing a ͏partn͏ersh͏ip͏ w͏ith Mr.͏ Lo͏vepre͏͏et Si͏ng͏h͏ of ͏Marrievill͏a Resort to dev͏elop a 65-room property i͏n Ambala, Hary͏ana.͏ ͏T͏he ͏colla͏bor͏͏ation͏ m͏arks a strat͏͏e͏g͏i͏c s͏tep ͏in ex͏pa͏nding͏͏͏ the͏ company͏͏’s͏ as͏set͏͏-lig͏ht po͏rtfo͏lio ͏i͏n emerging ͏trave͏l destina͏tio͏ns͏͏.
Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, with its signature brand Regenta, has more than 110+ hotels in India across 5-star, 4-star, and resort brands. The company was started by Chander K. Baljee and is listed on NSE and BSE. It has an asset-light model with emphasis on management contracts to fuel expansion in new travel locations.

The new resort will feature:
- Deluxe, club, and suite rooms
- Multi-cuisine restaurant and bar
- Gym, spa, and swimming pool
- Four banquet halls (3,200–8,000 sq. ft.) and a 25,000 sq. ft. lawn with tent facility for weddings, corporate events, and conventions.
