Gurugram, October 10, 2025: Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited’s shares are trading in the green today, following the company’s announcement of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Germany-based NEURA Robotics GmbH. As of 11:00 AM, the shares of the company were up by 2.61%, or 11.20 points, and were trading at ₹440.65. Until now, the shares of the company have traded within a range of ₹448.50 and ₹430. The traded volume stood at 61.51 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹26,700 crore. The shares have their 52-week high of ₹744.57 and ₹380.

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited is an Indian company that manufactures automotive systems and components. It was established in 1995 and is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol SONACOMS and on BSE with the code 543300.

MoU with NEURA Robotics for Humanoid Development

The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Germany-based NEURA Robotics GmbH. Under the MoU, Sona BLW and NEURA will jointly develop and industrialise robots and humanoids in India and other key markets.

The MoU was signed in Metzingen, Germany, and it is aimed at establishing a framework for allowing both companies to work together and develop advanced robotics components, sub-assemblies, and automation solutions. This will be possible by utilising Sona BLW’s expertise in engineering and manufacturing, along with NEURA’s robotics technologies.
