Mumbai, Thursday, September 4, 2025: Sumeet Industries Limited has announced that it has set Friday, October 3, 2025 as the record date for the proposed 1:5 stock split of its equity shares. As per the proposed 1:5 stock split, the company will subdivide 1 equity share of face value ₹10 each into 5 equity shares of face value ₹2 each. This proposal, announced by its Board of Directors, was approved by the company’s shareholders in the annual meeting held on August 30, 2025.
