Mumbai, August 7: Stock-specific action continued through the final trading hour on Friday, with buying interest concentrated in select metal, IT and auto stocks, while financial counters remained under pressure. As of 3:30 PM IST, Grasim Industries, TCS and Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) topped the NSE’s gainers list, whereas Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and Trent were among the biggest losers.
