New Delhi, November 21: Value 360 Communications is a step closer to its public debut after securing an in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) to list its equity shares on the NSE Emerge platform. This approval follows the company’s Draft Red Herring Prospectus filed with SEBI in July. With this clearance in place, Value 360 Communications is now preparing for its IPO, which will lead to its listing on the NSE’s SME segment.

Value 360 Communications is an Indian communications company. It began as a Public Relations (PR) agency focused on technology startups and has since evolved into a full-service communication company. The company provides end-to-end solutions across several key areas such as Public Relations (PR), Digital communications, Creative strategy, and Reputation management. The company was established in 2009 and is headquartered in New Delhi.

IPO Structure Outlined in Draft Papers

According to the draft prospectus of the company, the proposed Value 360 Communications IPO comprises a fresh issue of 38.30 lakh shares and an Offer for Sale of 4.25 lakh shares by existing shareholders. Holani Consultants Pvt.Ltd is the book-running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.

Value 360 Communications IPO: Utilisation of Funds

The company will use the IPO proceeds for working capital requirements and for investments in infrastructure and technology. It will also use the funds for expansion into content production and to strengthen its influencer marketing platform called Irida Interactive (ClanConnect). Lastly, it will use the remaining amount for future acquisitions and debt repayment.

Value 360 Communications Financial Highlights

As of 31 Jan 2025, the company had assets of ₹51.79 crore, compared to ₹39.97 crore in FY24, ₹30.09 crore in FY23, and ₹22.14 crore in FY22. Total income was at ₹44.56 crore in Jan 2025, lower than ₹50.80 crore in FY24 but higher than ₹51.34 crore in FY23 and ₹41.50 crore in FY22. Profit after was at ₹4.30 crore in Jan 2025, compared with ₹4.12 crore in FY24, ₹1.21 crore in FY23, and ₹2.03 crore in FY22.

What’s Next for Value 360 Communications IPO?

Value 360 Communications has secured NSE’s approval to list its shares on the NSE SME platform, marking a significant step towards its upcoming IPO. The company has shown strong financial performance, reporting a profit of ₹4.30 crore in January 2025. However, key IPO details—including the price band, opening and closing dates, and lot size—are yet to be announced, with the company expected to release them in the coming weeks.
