Waaree Energies Promoter Family to Donate 1% Equity Stake for Charitable Causes

Mumbai, October 7, 2025 – Waaree Energies Ltd (NSE: WAAREEENER, BSE: 544277) made a statement saying its promoter group family proposes to make a donation of 1% of the entire equity share capital of the company for charity.

This was stated by Hitesh Chimanlal Doshi, the Chairman and Managing Director, at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the corporation. He also underscored the efforts of the family for social responsibility, focusing on donations to causes of education, healthcare, and community development.

We, as the promoter family of Waaree, are deeply grateful to society and committed to giving back to it. We desire to give a part of our stake by empowering individuals to bring about sustainable positive change,” Doshi told during the AGM.

The development aligns with Waaree’s broader philosophy of integrating business success with social responsibility. The company also added that it would perform all formalities as directed in the future.
