Yatra Elevates Dhruv Shringi to Executive Chairman, Appoints Siddhartha Gupta as New CEO

New Delhi, November 25, 2025: Yatra Online Limited (NSE: YATRA, BSE: 543992) has announced that it will be undergoing a significant leadership transition. According to the company’s regulatory filing, Dhruv Shringi, the co-founder of the company, is going to be Executive Chairman of the company. Besides, the company has chosen Siddhartha Gupta to be its Chief Executive Officer. Both changes will be effective immediately.
Strategic Leadership Realignment
Firstly, the company is under a major leadership transition. The co-founder of the company, Dhruv Shringi, has been elevated to the post of Executive Chairman. As Shringi was with the company from the very beginning, he knows the company very well. Having him in an executive position, he can better guide the company’s long-term vision. Making him responsible for global expansion activities and value creation will be his new role.
Secondly, the board appointed Siddhartha Gupta as the CEO of the company. Siddhart has more than 25 years of practical experience in enterprise technology and B2B SaaS. His work has taken him through – SAP, HP, and several high-growth SaaS ventures. Moreover, he has a wealth of experience in digital transformation and enterprise sales which is in line with Yatra’s B2B-first strategy. This will enable the company to broaden its managed travel solutions portfolio.
The leadership changes have been made with the intention of the company accelerating its next growth phase. The appointments are expected to herald a move to a broader strategic role and also strengthen the leadership bench of the company.

The company is thriving. It has been showing strong operational efficiency over time. Over the last year, it has added a total of 148 new corporate clients. This single achievement is more than enough to bring over Rs 700 crore in business annually. This move indicates strong energy & momentum in the Indian corporate travel market.
