81 Companies to Announce Q1 FY26 Results Today; Cipla, Bank of Baroda, SAIL, Bajaj Finserv in Focus

Mumbai, July 25, 2025 – Indian markets are getting ready for a massive earnings avalanche today with 81 listed firms expected to lay out their unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). They include Cipla Ltd., Bank of Baroda, Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Bajaj Finserv, and Petronet LNG.

Analysts and investors will scrutinize important measures and parameters, such as revenue growth, profitability, and margins, of these companies. The earnings reports help investors assess the companies’ financial position as well as sector-wide trends.

Cipla Q4 FY25 Recap: Strong Profitability Momentum

Cipla’s consolidated revenues in Q4FY25 increased 9% y-o-y to Rs 6,730 crore from Rs 6,163 crore. EBITDA increased by 17% to Rs 1,538 crore, versus Rs 1,316 crore last year. EBITDA margin improved to 22.8%, versus 21.4% in Q4FY24. Profit after tax increased 30% y-o-y to Rs 1,222 crore versus Rs 939 crore.

Bank of Baroda: Resilient Growth Across Quarters

The Bank of Baroda reported a consolidated net interest income of Rs 11,020 crore during Q4FY25, a 6.6% decrease from Rs 11,793 crore in Q4FY24. Net Profit grew 3.3% YoY to Rs 5,048 crore, up from Rs 4,886 crore. The asset quality improved as the Gross NPA ratio fell to 2.26% from 2.92% a year earlier. The lender’s Net NPA ratio declined to 0.58%, down from 0.68%.

SAIL Q4 FY25 Recap: Profitability Rebounds, Cautious Optimism Ahead

SAIL posted a strong uptick in performance in Q4 FY25 with a standalone net profit of ₹1,17,796 lakh and an EPS of ₹2.85 as a result of operating efficiencies and improved steel prices. This is a marked recovery from Q1’s anemic profit of ₹1,068 lakh (EPS of ₹0.03), even though Q2 delivered modest gains. Q4 completely eclipsed all quarters and suggests not only a return to strong profitability but also cautious optimism looking ahead.
