CONCOR Bags ₹485.93 Crore Wagon Order; Shares Rise 0.86%

Mumbai, October 29: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has received an order worth ₹485.93 crore, including GST, from Braithwaite & Co Ltd for the supply of 24 rakes of BLSS wagons with Brake Van Type BVCM. The company disclosed the contract in a regulatory filing dated October 29, 2026.

Braithwaite & Co, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, awarded the domestic contract to CONCOR. The supply deadline specified in the filing is June 20, 2028.

CONCOR Wins Order for 24 BLSS Wagon Rakes

The contract covers the supply of 24 rakes of BLSS wagons equipped with Brake Van Type BVCM. The total order value, including GST, stands at ₹485.93 crore.

CONCOR disclosed the contract under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The company also confirmed that its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in Braithwaite & Co in connection with the order. The contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
