Adani Enterprises has declared a final dividend of ₹1.30 per share for the financial year 2024–25. Investors must purchase shares by June 12, 2025, to qualify, as the stock will trade ex-dividend on June 13, 2025.

Who Will Get the Dividend?

Due to India’s T+1 settlement cycle, only those who hold shares at the end of June 12 will be eligible. Any purchase on the record date, June 13, will not reflect in the investor’s demat account in time to qualify for the dividend payout.

How Much Will You Receive?

For every share held in Adani Enterprises, eligible shareholders will receive ₹1.30.

Example:

If you hold 100 shares, your dividend payout will be:

₹1.30 × 100 = ₹130.

The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), is scheduled to be paid on or after June 30.

Earnings Boost Strengthens Payout Confidence

The dividend announcement follows a massive 8.5x jump in Q4FY25 net profit, which surged to ₹3,845 crore, up from ₹449 crore a year ago, primarily driven by a one-time gain of ₹3,286 crore from the sale of a 13.5% stake in Adani Wilmar.
