AksharChem Declares Final Dividend of ₹0.75; Sets Record Date as September 5

AksharChem India Limited has announced that it has declared a final dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The company has announced the dividend on the face value of ₹10 per share and has set September 5 as the record date. Record date is the date on or before which investors must hold the shares of the company to be eligible to receive the dividend announced by any listed company.
The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which the company will seek in its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on September 15, 2025. Once it is approved, AksharChem is required to complete the dividend payout within 30 days from the date of declaration.
