CHENNAI | June 3, 2025 – Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd (NSE: APTUS) has announced the allotment of 9,374 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. This move, approved by the company’s Resourcing & Business Committee on June 2, reflects continued employee participation in the ESOP framework.
