Asian markets start the day in green

US markets ended the day in green yesterday, 2^nd June, 2025. Dow Jones ended the day, up by 35.41 points or 0.084%. Nasdaq ended the day, up by 128.85 points or 0.67%. S&P 500 ended the day, up by 24.25 points or 0.41%. Stocks of many energy and oil marketing companies gained after OPEC+ announcement that it will increase its July output. Many technology stocks also gained. This drove up the Nasdaq. Nvidia, ended the day, up by 1.67%.

European markets ended the day, mostly in red

European markets ended the day, mostly in red. FTSE 100 index closed the day, up by 1.88 points or 0.021%. Euro Stoxx 50 ended the day, down by 11.03 points or 0.21%. Dax ended the day, down by 66.81 points or 0.28%.

Nikkei 225 has started the day in green today. At 8:51 a.m. 3^rd June, 2025 it is up by 76.18 points or 0.20%. After days of being in red, Hang Seng is seeing sharp rise today. It is up by 331.07 points or 1.43% at this time. Shanghai Composite is up by 15.36 points or 0.46%. South Korean Kospi is up by 1.30 points or 0.048%. The country is holding its Presidential elections today.
