Avadh Sugar Declares ₹10 Final Dividend; Sets July 16 as Record Date

Kolkata, July 2 – Avadh Sugar has declared a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹10), which is the third year in a row that this payment has been made. The record date is July 16, 2025, and the dividend will be paid once shareholders vote on it at the AGM on July 30, 2025. This consistent record of paying dividends shows that the company is committed to rewarding its shareholders and that it is able to weather the ups and downs of the sugar market.

Avadh Sugar’s constant dividend policy shows that the company is financially solid. The company’s net profit in Q4 rose 29.6% year over year to ₹71.7 cr on revenue of ₹678.8 cr. Margins stayed good even though sugar prices were high.
